The Caro Kann Defense is characterized by the moves 1.e4 c6. In this course, we are going to be looking at everything you need to know about the Caro-Kann defense! This is one solid opening which is played from beginner level up to Super GM level, which you can also highly depend on and use in an effort to handle master level players. It is a non-committal opening for Black. Meaning, it is not as risky as the Sicilian Defense is, or that aggressive or complicated. In this video, I have covered the 7 most common variations of the Caro Kann Defense.
