To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date
- You must provide your order number and reason for the refund request
- The request must come from the original purchaser's email address
- You must not have violated our Terms of Use

Requesting a refund is simple and straightforward. Follow these steps:

We will review your request within 24-48 hours and respond with confirmation
Processing
Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

We strive to process refunds as quickly as possible:
- Request Review: 24-48 hours
- Refund Processing: 5-10 business days
- Payment Method Credit: 3-5 additional business days (depending on your bank)
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
- Downloaded course materials that have been saved to your device
- Personalized coaching sessions that have already been conducted
- Membership fees for periods that have already passed
- Any items purchased more than 30 days ago
- Items purchased through third-party platforms (subject to their refund policies)
6. Special Circumstances
Technical Issues
If you experience technical difficulties accessing our courses, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we cannot resolve the problem within 48 hours, you may be eligible for a full refund regardless of the 30-day limit.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same course twice, we will refund the duplicate purchase immediately upon notification.
Course Updates
If we significantly update a course you have already purchased, you will receive access to the updated version at no additional cost. However, this does not entitle you to a refund of the original purchase.
7. Digital Rights and Intellectual Property
Upon receiving a refund, you agree to:
- Cease all use of the course materials immediately
- Delete any downloaded content from your devices
- Not distribute, share, or resell any course materials
- Respect our intellectual property rights
8. Dispute Resolution
If you have any disputes regarding refunds or returns, we encourage you to contact us directly first. We are committed to resolving all customer concerns fairly and promptly.
For unresolved disputes, we will work with you to find a mutually acceptable solution. In cases where a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be governed by the laws of Zambia.

Any purchases made before a policy change will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
